How it's made
Made in Amman, not imported in a bag
Raw feeding asks you to trust whoever makes the food, because there is no cooking step to fall back on. That trust has to be earned with process, not slogans. Here is how we actually work, from delivery bay to your freezer.
From ingredient to pouch
Sourcing
We buy from inspected local suppliers, working with fresh cuts rather than rendered meals or by-product blends. Every incoming delivery is checked on arrival for temperature, condition, and documentation before it enters the kitchen.
Formulation
Recipes are built to complete nutritional standards using professional formulation software and analysis of the actual ingredients we buy, not generic table values. That is how a bowl of meat, bone, organ, and vegetables becomes a balanced diet rather than just a fresh one.
Preparation
Meat, bone, and organ are ground and blended in our facility in Bayader Industrial, Amman. Zones and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to documented protocols between batches, and the kitchen runs on written procedures rather than habit.
Portioning
Batches are portioned into sealed 250g and 500g pouches straight after blending. Portioning at source is a food safety decision as much as a convenience one: you thaw only what you feed, so nothing sits around part-used.
Freezing
Pouches go into the freezer immediately. Freezing is what holds the food stable without cooking it, preserving the nutrition that heat processing degrades.
Delivery
Orders leave frozen and arrive frozen. The cold chain from our freezer to yours is the last and most easily broken link in the process, so it gets deliberate attention rather than being left to chance.
Testing and quality
We use independent laboratory testing to verify what is in our food rather than assuming. Testing covers two things: nutritional analysis, which confirms the recipe delivers the protein, fat, and mineral levels it was formulated for, and microbiological testing, which confirms the product meets safety limits.
Lab data also feeds back into formulation. Real analysis of the specific cuts we buy in Jordan is more accurate than international average values, and it is the reason we can state nutritional figures on our products with confidence.
What we don't do
- No cooking or extrusion. Heat is what degrades the proteins, fats, and vitamins that make fresh food worth feeding.
- No grains, fillers, or starch bulking. Kibble needs starch to hold its shape. A pouch doesn't.
- No artificial preservatives, colours, or flavour enhancers. Frozen food doesn't need them.
- No rendered meals or unnamed by-products. If it's chicken, the label says which parts.
- No claims we can't back. When we hold a certification, it will appear here with the certificate behind it.
Why local matters
Most premium pet food in Jordan arrives after weeks of shipping and storage. Ours is made a short drive from where it's eaten. That means fresher ingredients, a shorter and better-controlled cold chain, no import markup inflating the price of the actual food, and a factory you could visit rather than a brand address in another country.
It also means you can ask us questions and get answers from the people who made the batch.
Questions about our process?
Ask us anything. We'll send our nutritional analysis to your vet if that's useful.
