RAW PET NUTRITION Effective Date: December 20, 2024

Welcome to RAW Pet Nutrition. By accessing or using our website (www.rawjordan.com), subscribing to our services, or purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction RAW Pet Nutrition is a Jordan-based limited liability company (LLC), registered under Trade License Number 60649. We provide subscription-based and standard delivery services for raw pet food.

2. Subscription Service 2.1 Subscription Plans We offer the following subscription discounts:

  • 10% Discount for monthly subscriptions.

  • Free Delivery for orders between 30 – 200 JDs.

  • 2 Free Deliveries for orders over 200 JDs.

2.2 Subscription Management You can modify your subscription at any time, including upgrading, downgrading, or pausing. Any changes to your subscription will take effect after the next billing cycle.

2.3 Missed or Declined Payments If your payment is missed or declined, we will notify you via email. You will have 7 days to update your payment method before your subscription is suspended.

3. User Accounts To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach any terms of service.

4. Delivery Information 4.1 Delivery Areas & Charges We primarily service the Amman area.

  • For non-subscribers, the delivery fee is 3 JDs within Amman.

  • Deliveries outside Amman (subject to availability) incur a 10 JDs fee.

  • Free delivery is available as part of qualifying subscription plans.

4.2 Delivery Process & Perishability All deliveries are made directly to the customer. Because our products are highly perishable, it is the customer's responsibility to transfer items to a freezer immediately upon receipt. If the customer is unavailable, the order may be left at the door at the customer's own risk, or returned to our warehouse. RAW Pet Nutrition assumes no liability for spoilage, thawing, or degradation of products left unattended at the delivery location.

5. Payment, Returns, and Refunds 5.1 Payment Methods We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), Cliq, Visa, and Mastercard through our payment gateway. Subscription payments are taken in advance for the next billing cycle.

5.2 Refund & Return Policy Due to strict food safety standards, we do not offer returns for undamaged goods. Refunds or product replacements will only be offered for products that are damaged or spoiled upon delivery, provided the issue is reported to [email protected] or via phone within 24 hours of receiving the order. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Health, Safety, and Liability 6.1 Safe Handling Our products are strictly intended for animal consumption. The client acknowledges that handling raw meat carries inherent risks and agrees to follow safe handling, thawing, and sanitation practices. RAW Pet Nutrition cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for damages or health issues resulting from the improper handling, storage, or feeding of our products.

6.2 Limitation of Liability RAW Pet Nutrition will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or our products, except as required by applicable law. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services such as payment gateways or delivery logistics.

7. Intellectual Property Rights We retain all intellectual property rights in the content, design, and material published on this website. You may not use any part of this content for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission from us.

8. Force Majeure We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event, which includes natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, government restrictions, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to Service or Offerings We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add new products or services at our discretion. We will notify customers of significant changes to their subscription services or these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of Jordan.
